We were very pleased of our four nights stay at this hotel. Everyone in this hotel from the reception staff, to the security and housekeeping is delightful. The room 301 we stayed in was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and had an array of amenities that was really excellent. The hotel is about a 10-15 walk from the Hoàn Kiem lake and you can easily reach the old town, while still remaining in a part of the town that is quiet at night. If there is only one point I would say the hotel can maybe bring some improvement, I would say it is the breakfast as the options are a bit limited. Overall fantastic stay! Thank you!

I stayed at this hotel for several days while I was in Hanoi. It provided an abundant selection of toiletries. The staff was friendly, and my room was clean. With its good location and reasonable pricing, my stay was quite enjoyable.
