I like the room, the bathtub, and the view outside. The only downside here is the breakfast, they don't have buffet and we had struggles to communicate with their receptionist. The receptionist should learn vasic English so that there will be no frustration and miscommunication with the guests and the guests' needs.

This place is ridiculously overprice in terms of room quality and outstandingly horrible in terms of service. I had stayed in the same area at places with lower price and enjoyed bigger, brighter, better decorated rooms. There is no sound proofing either. The room I had is literally 10m2 (plus 5m2 bathroom) WITHOUT any window or airhole. However, what is most upsetting is the service attitude. During the period of 12:45 to 1:45, I was trying to take a lunch rest but could not due to the loud noises of footsteps, people talking, doors slamping and the walkie-talkie machine beeping constantly. After an hour, I called the receptionist to make a request of minimizing noises. Afterwards, I could literally heard the receptionist called the cleaning lady working on my floor on the walkie-talkie asking her to do so. And I literally heard her answering very loudly in the machine that she wasnt talking to anybody and complaining about that request. After that she continued to complaint to another cleaning lady while they were working only 3 meters away from my room. Very loudly. I stepped out of my room and approached them, while she noticed me but kept on making snarky comments about my request. When I told her I could also hear all of these conversations so she has been obviously very loud, she hid herself away from my sight while continue to argue that she was being here alone at that time. The other cleaning lady also argued that it was not her fault but the walkie-talkie. This kind of people should never work in hospitality. They are simply no hospitable.
