The service was/is super friendly. It garners 5 stars. The staff went out of their way to accommodate and please my of the menu requests. Definitely a repeat customer. My sincere thank you to Tran Ngoc Tu director of operations.

Near very busy Ta Hien beer street. Ok but has tiny cockroaches roaming in toilet. Free pho breakfast is very tasty, rivaling other best Pho shops.

I booked a room, but they tried to overprice me with all sorts of shananigans. They kept writing numbers on a piece of paper all the while I just wanted to pay and get my room. After o paid they told me to wait 8minutes because "price starts in 8minutes" I asked them why.... The room was empty. Then they told me they could bring me now but I'd have to check out 8minutes early. And if I'd be 1minute late I'd have to pay 650 000 dong extra. They really hate customers here..

location: the first thing you should notice is this is the central of the ancient quarters, very crowded and noisy at night. and this is ~3stars hotel certification overall: I and my family had a great experience in this hotel. as the slogan ‘your house’ , the hotel and superior room were clean and has almost every facilities you need for business trip or vacation. the price is worth and reasonable compared to another hotel (same level) and included breakfast. the price is fixed all years/season so its a good point to consider. services & hospitality: staff and room services are very nice and friendly. One of young receptionist (Ms. Hien) helped us to find our lost luggage, totally lovely and we thanked her so much.
