Worse experience my family has had! Do not pay money to these people! The pictures look great but in reality it is terrible. Super hard to find and everything inside was ugly. The location around was ghetto and looked like a very unsafe area. It is located in front of a bar with a whole bunch of drunk people outside. The walls you can hear everything upstairs and everything smelled so bad there. Just save your money and find a nice hotel in Barcelona in downtown area. It is 10 min away from this disgusting place.

I didn’t even felt like giving them any star to be honest. The appliances in the apartment doesn’t work well. one after other keeps getting worse. Not satisfied at all. Also the location as in such is not great, metro station is 10 minutes walk but you can almost never get any cabs in the location. It’s not worth the price.

Communication was extremely impersonal. The listing gives the air of proximity but in the end it's a big company that is just not present. Booking and checking in takes forever, with so many steps, forms, app, payments, etc. And you never get to see the face of anybody. The location is quite far from the center, but the view is nice.

We arrived on the 21st at 12:00 am at this property and were blown away by the difference between what it shows in the photos and what the site actually is! It had a bad smell, there were cockroaches and the blankets smelled horrible! That same night I went out to look for a hotel so I wouldn't stay there and they registered me For the next day. I didn't sleep at all Night and first thing in the morning without bathing we left that horrible place! It has been without a doubt the worst property I have ever been using this Airbnb app. We made a claim for our money back and nothing was returned. Site so that if you read this message no go to this place! Look, I'm warning you.
