Disappointing…in so many ways, but if you are looking for something CHEAP (there’s a sign in front of the hotel advertising rooms for 700 baht)..this place could work. The hotel is not old but it’s showing signs of needed maintenance. Patio screen door was broken and laying on the balcony floor, the patio sliding door doesn’t SLIDE, there is a cockroach problem, no television, the wood plank covering the shower drain is a breeding ground for bugs, and the hotel is not really OCEAN VIEW. INTERNET IS GREAT.

The rooms could use a refresh. It looks clean... but smells like at some point a cat sprayed. I think the couch could be the problem. Kitchen is just a separate room with a sink and hot water kettle. Unless you want coffee, tea or Ramen......ya have to go out. Had to ask for toilet paper and there is no trash can. So have to use a shopping bag. No soap or shower curtain either.

Unbeatable value for money. Room was much cleaner than I anticipated, bed is very comfortable all the linens were spotless, it smelled good, has a large balcony, bright spacious bathroom, couch to rest on, nice storage space, cold air-con, well lit, and close to the beach! This place is fantastic for a budget traveler or even a long term stay as the wifi is also very good. The only detraction is that there was no television in the room I stayed in but if you have a tablet or laptop you can easily get by with the fast wifi. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
