Lived at the place when in Amman through Airbnb, its a newly built tower in heart of Amman with everything very nearby on Boulevard. The tower is built in very modern specs with large units as compared to Dubai good built quality. Management is really good and very responsive and eager to help everyone. Their gym has to be the largest gym in that area and pool is also heated. Prices on airbnb were very reasonable as well.

The apartment facility has many bugs, the gas is always not working, one of the toilet is forever broken although we are only 1 week in here and maintenance never fixed it, the sink in the kitchen is constantly sending bad smell even though the maintenance has come to check it, and the worst of all is the building's noise, including the engineer constantly opening the exhaust fan during sleep hours even though we have raised clear complaints. And the window can not stand a windy day, even with all windows closed you can still hear the win blows and it can wake you up. But sure, the view is nice.
