The staff are friendly and helpful. Good WiFi signal. The rooms are very clean with a view of the relatively quiet Sabri Abu Alam Street and Abdeen Square. Ideal location almost above Mohamed Naguib underground station and walking distance from downtown Cairo. The breakfast is okay but could be improved. Overall, a good budget-friendly option for those who want to explore the city using the underground and be close to downtown yet without the nonstop car horns and the crowdedness of downtown.

Nice Hotel in a perfect location in downtown. Very clean and nice and helpful stuff. Just go there and enjoy your time in Cairo. I would always come again.

First My Power brand sneaker was stolen from the room. After informing them they said we will look in cctv, but never gave any feedback. I did not make a formal complaint because we are not understanding what has happened, we were present in the room!! Later we understood someone entered the room when we were sleeping. There cannot be any other explanation. The door could not be locked from inside, the only way is the key-lock they have given. The room had no window, it was tiny, the bathroom did not have a towel bar or hook. There is a lift, that needs to be kept in a museum, small and unsafe. From the ground floor we had to go up and then come one floor down by stairs. Every time we used it. We had to ask for a bottle of water and tissue they were kind not to charge it. There was no intercom to speak with reception. Only when Youssef was on duty we could text. The problem is with Airbnb they call a fraud a super host. Selling a 5 dollar room in 30 USD after a heavy discount.
