My first visit was great, the second one (09/2022) not that much. Clean service is doing very bad job, floor not wiped for very long time, long black hair everywhere. I hope they will work on it

The apartment is very nice,clean and lovely location...a better attention to the details will make the stay even more enjoyable. On the terrace there are only dead trees...which induce a sad and careless feeling in a place which can be very cozy otherwise.Probably if you use the apartment for one or two day it will be not so obvious but for 6 days...you start to see things...like no back up for toilet paper or kitchen paper towels, a very nice coffee machine but with not enough supplies to make coffee and no chance to find to buy more.In the shower no place for the shower gel or shampoo except on the floor. Inspide all the above mentioned constructive comments if I will come back one day in Vienna I will like to come back and live in an Abieshomes appartment...if they will rent me one again, after this feedback.🤔😘

A well located appartment near messe prater u station...the neighborhood is very quiet...the appartment is very nice and comfortable but the cleanliness needs to be improved (stained couch, spider webs on the wall etc)...not bad but very basic cleanliness...
