The friendly reception you receive at the time you check in turns to disappointment after few hours. The cleaning is poorly done. Utensils are of very poor quality and not even enough for 4 people. In short , i dont recommend this place

Affordable price because it has 2 bedrooms with a good deal for group travelers who love to split the bills or family of 5 or less. I love the location because the mode of transport is very accessible. The owner needs to renovate and change most of the appliances are old and others don't work. Available parking for guests.

The place has no comparison in Dar. Very accessible from all angles of Dar es salaam. Close proximity to all the important shopping malls and all entertainment places. All is at the par. Though some few things to be done in the rooms and the compound to make the place more valuable.

I am disappointed with the status of Abla apartments and little of their service. Apartments are different from what you see on the photos. Looks shows that no any renovation done for the last 10 years. Reason of not showing photos of bathrooms is clear now that they are pathetic. No towel and clothes hanger. I requested hanger for one of the toilet and it took two days to fix it. Toilet paper holders are full of rust. Sitting room sofasets are uncomfortable due to old spongies, you get pain at the bottom by sitting on it. There are only 4 TV chinese channels from CTGN. Plenty of small cockroaches. 3 bedrooms max is for 6 people but there were only 2 cups, 2 glasses, 3 plates, cutlery not sufficient. One of the room AC was not working and the one at sitting room, AC dripping water at verandah, you can't use washing machine. I paid my full bill at the checkin time but after every two days electrical power goes off and I had to call for refill. Not worth it even for free and I will not recommend them to my people.
