The location is great, but the service is very poor. The Personal crew lead by Irina is unfriendly and arrogant. We stayed there for 5 nights and everyday we counter uncomfortable instances. Breakfast is served in the Balcony of our Villas which is good, but we always call their attention (crew) because not all are ready like ( no butter, teaspoon, sugar, not enough bread etc etc) and the worst that we encounter is during our check out, we reserved a transport for our group to bring us to the Airport. And surprisingly Irina (staff worker) was waiting already at the driveway to informed the driver that she is riding with us. Arrogantly she get’s in, sits beside the driver without asking us personally if she could ride with us. Upon her (Irina)instructions/requests the driver took other route, it’s longer way and traffic which leads us to stressed and rushing. Thanks to the arrogant staff Irina. She took off from the car without saying any word as if she is the one paying for it.

A wonderful place in Santorini, close from everything but away from the confusion.There is a supermarket at the door and you can park your car.The rooms are wonderful, comfortable and spacious. The view is amazing, it has the best view of the sunrise you can imagine.Everyday at 6 am all you have to do is open the window and enjoy this everyday show nature offers you.The staff is very friendly, Mathew has the best tips about the island, trust him to advise you on the best possible cruise. Dimitris makes the best Daiquiri we ever tasted and is a wonderful person. We had a great time, thank you Abrazo Villas we felt welcomed and enjoyed the place. It was a great stay!

Pros: lovely spacious villas with nice views. Nice lunch at decent prices (when compared to santorini standards) cons: Breakfast was very poor if not up to standard. Random noises in the rooms from cars overhead or dripping water behind the walls. STRONGLY RECOMMEND having a car for this villa. its next to a main road with no pavements and you need to walk on this road and uphill to get to the nearest centre. Be warned
