It is located in a private area away from the hustle and bustle of a vibrant and high energy Island lifestyle, brimming with local culture and tourism. Our room was very clean and had a bathtub, which we loved. Staff and service service staff were exceptional and all very helpful and knowledgeable. Food was well prepared and detoxing. Very nicely equipped gym; steam room and salt room were all complimentary to guests. The grounds was well maintained and serene.

A beautiful wellness/fitness resort spa away from the beach areas to rest and relax. The staff are so friendly, helpful and inviting. Food is solid and healthy. The spa and spa staff offer incredible massage services - Treat yourself to the four handed Thai massage - Amazing!!! Gym has everything you need including free weights, cable machine, smith rack and treadmills.

We stayed at Absolute Sanctuary in February 2023. I did the rest and rebalance program, and my husband did the sleep well program. We spent 5 days and left feeling refreshed. I would highly recommend the resort. Food is great, the programs are well designed, and the spa and fitness facilities and staff are top notch. I'd highly recommend doing a program to get the full experience. I loved the private pilates and yoga sessions included in my program.

This place exceeded my expectations so much so that this is the first review I place for anyone. I stayed here for 7 days and I’m walking out a new man with tools that I have learnt here. The service, staff, knowledge and care is unmatched. It was my first time here, i must admit I was sceptical at the beginning as I have not been to a wellness centre/ resort before, everything exceeded my expectations and by far, the staff at the spa, their professionalism and welcoming matched with the quality of massages ( I had 20 of them ) throughout my stay was on point every single time. Highly recommend this sanctuary.
