My wife and I are currently staying at this hotel, and we are about to cut our stay by two days because we can’t stand this place. Rooms are not clean and the housekeeping is horrific. We had to request hand soap, cups, towels, tissues, and bottled water every day because the incompetent housekeeper did not do her job. The front desk gentleman during the evenings is totally clueless and would rather do anything except help the guest. Walk around the property during the day and if you pay attention you will see how dirty this hotel is. During the night this place doesn't look as bad. And to the manager of this hotel, please refrain from posting a reply to my review. It doesn't matter what you say, I have seen and experienced firsthand the incompetency of your employees, including you. You even refused to come out of your .…. and talk to us. Update: our last night here. My wife and I came to the lobby with a bottle of water, a bottle of orange juice, and a bag of small chips. The waiter from the restaurant quickly approached us and said we couldn’t bring our drinks or food to eat in the lobby between the hours of 8 to 11 pm. F… ridiculous. I am sitting in the lobby, not in the restaurant. So.…..frustrating.

I stayed at the AC Hotel Sevilla Forum last October, and it was pretty chill. The place has potential, but it's screaming for a makeover. The vibe in the common areas felt like a throwback to the '50s, and those tiny elevators? Not cool. The rooms were comfy, but come on, hardly any outlets and all-Spanish TV channels. Not what I expected from a Marriott. The staff were nice though, and they do a decent breakfast. But getting there? Bit of a headache without your own wheels. It's kinda sandwiched between the city center and the airport. Tried figuring out the bus thing, ended up in a dodgy industrial estate and had to hitch a ride. So, yeah, maybe plan your transport ahead.

This hotel is okay - you get what you pay for. Not sure it's a four star hotel, but you're also not paying four star prices. I stayed here because I generally stay at Marriott properties, and just needed a cheap option for one night before we took the train to Madrid the next day. It's close to the train station and airport, so for our purposes this was fine. The room was clean and modern, and the front desk/reception was friendly and professional. Due to the location there aren't any options for food nearby. If you don't want to eat at the hotel restaurant, you need to walk at least 20 minutes beside a busy road to get to a more lively area. We did end up doing this walk, but it was a bit inconvenient as we walked beside the highway for a while, then in a residential neighborhood. I'd recommend ordering Glovo/Ubereats or just eating at the hotel. We did get to enjoy the outdoor pool which was very busy when we went. This makes sense, as there isn't much else to do in the area. There are lounge chairs but they were all taken when we arrived. Some people even set up their towels on the floor. I'm not suggesting they add more chairs, as that could get crowded and dangerous, but just keep that in mind if you're booking this hotel because of the pool. Our other Seville hotel did not have a pool so despite the busyness this was still appreciated.

Pretty standard AC Hotel, not the nicest however, compared to other AC Hotels in spain, this one seemed a bit more "old-fashioned". Breakfast setup was not great. Fairly small selection of fruits, breads, pastries, cheeses or ham. Location may be good if you have a car and here for work, but for tourists who'd like to visit Sevilla, probably not the most convenient.

I choose the hotel due to its location as I wanted a stop on my way to Portugal so I won’t drive at night. And also because of bonVoy the Marriott brand. The location is so isolated with nothing around. This is a good hotel for the airport of Sevilla. Overall the rooms are very comfortable and nice bedding. Decent breakfast. The thing I did not like most was that the pool does not open till 11am! In the summer and the super hot August. I wanted a dip in the morning before I Hit the road. But that was not possible.
