I love the hotel, it's clean, strategic and the staff is truly helpful, especially Semih. He's been here with us from day one, booking some of our trips and prepared my shuttle to airport. They are precise when it comes to time and really help about the map in Istanbul. If you are visiting for the first time, this is the place. They will guide you till the end with a happy face! The hotel is close to lots of the attractions, just a walking distance. So, don't doubt. Stay here!

The strength of this place is their service: the people working here are super nice and welcoming. The hotel is 5min walk from the 2 mosques. The rooms have every basic need and for the price paid they are pretty good. One side note: the farewell gift that we received was a bad quality one. We appreciated the gesture but if we would have known that it would be something like that we would have kindly refused it. Other than this minor inconvenience, everything went super smoothly, especially thanks to the staff support.

Excellent staff, everyone was very nice and accommodating, you felt like you were staying at a friend’s house rather than at a hotel. Location was perfect, we were so close to all the sights. Breakfast was fantastic with local foods to try as well as regular staples.

Great family run hotel with cozy rooms in a well located area near main attractions in Sultanahmet and away from tourist restaurants. Service is outstanding, always ready to help in all services needed. Something to improve is breakfast options, although they offer a good assortment, other hotels in Istanbul offer much better breakfast options. Good value for money.

I came here about a year ago for about a week and really enjoyed my stay so I decided to return. This time I just visited for 3 days though. Everything was pretty much the same as last time except that now the breakfast opens at around 8am instead of 6:30am. The staff were all extremely friendly and accomadating. The building is smaller in levels but still cozy. The walls are also pretty thin so throughout the day you can hear the other guests talking or moving around. Last time the heater in my room didn’t work well but this time it was up and running well. The room that I had was pretty simple. There was a small desk, a mirror, a closet with a safe, a queen sized bed alongside a sofa-bed, a bathroom with all the basic toiletries like towels, shampoo, conditioner, a hair dryer and more. One thing I had in common with my last stay was that the key card malfunctioned but both times the staff were able to fix it in less than 5 minutes. Overall, I would recommend staying here because the breakfast is really tasty for one, and the area is just perfect. It’s about a 5-10 minute walk to Haghia Sophia at a decent pace. There’s also this nice restaurant just a 2 minute walk from the hotel called ‘Ziya Baba’ that has a nice mix of food.
