I went to this lodge as a treat to myself after finishing my exams . I was disappointed when I was told the dSTV was not paid for and the only thing showing on the tv were adverts only ! I waited for them to pay and when I was told dstv was only going to be paid the next day I left . They initially told me I could come back once the dSTV was paid and I was asked to leave my details . When I called to confirm, someone else was on the call and saying the few hours in the room counted as using the room imagine . They said they can only issue a 35% refund and the whole experience was ruined for me ..I would not recommend this place to anyone especially after how they treated my issue😑😑😑 The management have NO REGARD for the clients , as I type this they have not even jus paid back the refund from yesterday . After my experience I would not recommend anyone to this place
