Very friendly staff, location is great, you can easily access it through public transport. it is a great service and response was very swift. I got access today / very smooth and they give you all details and answer all questions. I booked with them online and they were very helpful. you just have to pay reservation fees and go there the day you need the access to finalise the payment. you get a discount on your first 2 months plus 20 pounds monthly for insurance, I am very happy about the size of the space I booked .

From the day I stored my belongings to the day I vacated the storage, I received an outstanding service from James (assistant manager) from Access Storage at Willow Walk. He prepared the contract for me on the day and happily answered all my questions. The site is well maintained, very secure, plenty of space, has a lift and most of all - value for money. Highly recommend this facility.

Good storage facility, nice staff but completely unable to invoice correctly so suggest you check your bills closely. I have had storage for 7 months and they managed to not bill the correct amount 4 months out of 7.
