Really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were clean, staff were really friendly and approachable. They decorated our room upon arrival as a gesture for our honeymoon. Location was close to everywhere. Would definitely come again. Restaurant food was also nice :)

Overpriced and full of flies. I brought this up to the staff and they sent up someone with a can of bug spray, who sprayed it in a couple of random places and called it a day. Since there were several still buzzing around in one single area, I went and asked for the spray can myself and got rid of them as they watched. They left after I returned the can, leaving the dead flies all over the floor. Booking this place was a mistake. The room's decor is decent, but definitely not worth the price if a room isn't checked for cleanliness before a guest's stay. The view is okay from the terrace, but nothing special from the room itself. --- Unfortunately, management made things even less comfortable so I checked out after staying only one day. The general manager knocked on my door as I was about to go to sleep, since as they know, I have a balloon flight early in the morning. She asked me to delete this review in exchange for a room upgrade or check out. After asking if she meant that I either upgrade or I would have to check out, she insisted I look at the upgraded room. Two employees followed behind us as she walked, she showed me the suite, I declined and she made a disrespectful comment about how I was single and continued to act aggressively. This made my stay go from generally unpleasant to very uncomfortable. I stated I paid for two nights, non-refundable and I would take the room I was given but I would be checking out in the morning. After getting ready, I noticed yet another dead fly near the toilet.

It was a pleasant stay in Acer Cave Hotel in Cappadocia. Nice ambience and hospitality. Enjoyed our stay. Excellent. Special thanks to ACR team and Mr Emre, Mr Ahmet, Ms Halime. Thank you ACR.

I was very happy with the hotel room, the staff is kind but the food was honestly appalling. From the four dinners - twice the dessert was Dr Oetker type of cream and the chocolate one was burned. Once the dessert was 30 g candies. I doubt that you will ever have spaghetti with french fries?! Considering the great rooms, the nicely decorated hallway, the kind people, I would make drastic changes to the menu and the chefs.
