Do not stay here. 10 Bedroom houses and your car will either get ticketed or towed without notice. Sonoma Resort by Park Square is in bed with a towing company that will tow your vehicle or ask you for $75 to unhook your vehicle from if you are parked on the street. If you try and park vehicles in your driveway but are over the sidewalk area you will get ticketed for blocking a sidewalk even if you are in the driveway. Pool is not open. If you are renting on VRBO you need to know that. And there is no lazy river, if that is on your pictures it is not true.

RUN FROM BUYING HOME AT SONOMA RESORT ! TALK TO OWNERS SERIOUS PROBLEM WITH BUILDER THEY DO NOT DESERVE EVEN 1 ⭐️ Park square Que administra o condomínio que na realidade nós abandonou por completo: tudo No Sonoma resort I bought a house in Sonama Resort and the service in the purchase time was wonderful but after I received the key The nightmare began. The resort does not have a 24-hour doorman as promised and for that reason we are Crime target including a resort homicide.( so we are far from be a gated community as promised THE Park square That manages the condominium that are actually abandoned completely: everything is scrapped in terrible condition not well maintain . Park square has no regard for owners who are with Hands tied and desperate seeing our properties devalue. A total disregard for everything and everyone in the community. I have another property in Florida but I've never seen such disrespect and neglect with a resort . I would never invest in this builder again to be used like we all was and continue to me And also misleading all the time at Sonoma resort. If you like vultures as your constant neighbor good luck we have few Of them.
