We had a flight cancelled out of Barcelona and were told by United we would be transported to a 4 star hotel with meals included. This hotel is definitely not 4 star. Our room was dark with peeling wallpaper. The floor had been water damaged and was buckling up. We had no amenities such as tissue or soap. We walked to a nearby store to pick up these items. The beds are basically cots with a thin mattress. The food was basic food served buffet style but I realize the hotel kitchen did the best they could considering they received a busload of unexpected guests. If you’re looking for a basic hotel room with not any amenities I guess this one would be ok. Just don’t be expecting a 4 star hotel experience.

I use this hotel for work 3 or 4 times a year. It is true that there may be some issues with the facilities in the room, but the staff will be kind enough to accommodate you. I especially like the restaurant staff. I always give gifts. With proper communication, you will surely feel comfortable.

Unfortunately our flight was canceled and we have to stay at this awful hotel after our airline helped with this reservation. If there is an option of -10 stars I would rate it as such. I don’t understand how this hotel is rated as 4 stars, definitely google needs to review it ASAP, by reading the reviews. Please DO NOT book a room with this place.

How is four stars determined? One thing is for sure, this hotel is not four stars. I think the reviews are bought and definitely smell some corruption. Just like how our room was smelling full of cigarettes and we had to change the room. Breakfast was minimal and not up to the standard. Don’t even wanna complaint about customer service because where would I start. I have never written any review ever so far, this hotel made me write my first review. That is how bad it is. I wish google developers enable a feature for ‘negative Infinity’ stars so that I could give that rating. Even inifinities have different sizes, I would wanna give the largest negative infinity rating possible to this hotel.
