This isn’t a four-star hotel by any mean. The second floor smelled horrendous and the room we got was no exception. Upon informing the hotel, we got another room but the odor was still overwhelming which we later figured out was coming from the bathroom. The breakfast buffet is pathetic. For instance, there was one pancake left on the tray which was taken by another guest. Once I asked from the staff when they would refill, they said once it’s finished, there’s no refilling. Bear in mind this isn’t an expensive cheese we are talking about, just pancakes! Basically if one doesn’t grab breakfast as soon as the buffet is open, leftover is what you’ll eat. There were no bathrobes, slippers, dental kits or even an iron. So I wonder how on earth this place is called a four-star property. Don’t use the shower gel in the bathroom; more than three third of the bottle is filled with water. Overall, don’t stay here unless you have no other option. For a few more bucks, Marriot provides great value.

Value for money is how I would sum up my stay. I stayed here from 27 Dec to 1st Jan 24, along with my friends and we had booked 6 rooms in total. The place is absolutely clean, esthetically done up, very cordial staff, great restaurant. I did not miss staying in a five star hotel. I recommend this hotel anytime you are in Tiblisi. 10/10

The hotel is beautifully located, very close to two amazing hiking places and the Mtatsminda Park. The rooms are extremely tiny, as is the standard in most European countries. The view from atop the restaurant is what stands out. But the staff here really needs to be tutored on guest relations and hospitality management. We'd ordered food at the restaurant, but my kid was a bit hungry and so we gave her a biscuit to have. We were immediately approached by one of the service staff saying it would be a problem since outside food was not aloud. It was not like we were having a feast, a little girl was having a tiny wafer. When trying to explain that she was just hungry, the service staff was adamant on the 'rules'. I guess he forgot the first rule of hospitality - 'make your guest feel comfortable and go the extra mile'. Same with the front office staff - either sulking and sitting at the front desk or lobby sofa or chit chatting among themselves or sometimes not even at the desk. And most of them without even a smile on their face. A thousand miles to go for friendliness in that sense. But, at the same time a big shout out to the housekeepers, who've been amazing at their job, and always carried a smile whenever they came in front of us. As for the food, the buffet breakfast was a very sub standard fare, with very limited options, although it is called continental breakfast. Hope these comments are taken in the right sense, and improve the standards of the hotel. Tbilisi has great potential, but tiny things like these are what matters in the end.

This hotel by no standard qualify for 4 star. Arrived at 11:00 hungry after a long flight and was informed the only restaurant starts at 11:00. There is a mini bar that’s empty. Breakfast all 5 days same no variations, no live cooking counter , diluted drink in the name of fresh juice, limited choice. Didn’t even bother to try the only restaurant. On the day of leaving flight was 5:00 pm hence planned to leave at 2:00 and requested for late checkout. Was informed rudely by hotel staff that we need to leave at 12:30 even though we see no new guest arriving

Adamo has a great location and attentive staff. But they are shortstaffed for sure. As someones food plates were left in the common qrea for more than 24 houra. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. But great view from the breakfast area. The room was too small. Good terrace, though. We felt very warm in the hotel and complained to the front desk about it. Only think they said it was central system and they could not help. We slept with the terrace door open.
