My agent deceived me, taking all my money before blocking me and refusing to respond. Despite visiting numerous offices and meeting different individuals, I received no resolution. Eventually, someone directed me to the Amer center, promising a solution. However, after multiple visits, I was redirected to Aweer, where my concerns fell on deaf ears. I am unable to pay my fines, and attempts to seek assistance at the Amer center only lead to further redirection. Regrettably, I harbor disdain for both institutions. My only remaining option seems to be deportation, forsaking any return to this deceitful country where scams abound.

The staff in the department lacks professionalism, often resorting to shouting at everyone, regardless of gender. It's puzzling that people with such behavior are part of the team. Regardless of the questions asked, their usual response is a disappointing "I don't know," and they consistently delayed help to another day. Prioritizing improvement in customer treatment and adjusting their attitude is necessary. Unfortunately, this branch appears to be the only option, even though it's one of the worst and strongly not recommended. The disrespectful way they shout at people is not okay. My sister had a similar bad experience there, and it makes us uncomfortable to go back, knowing they have officers behaving this way. They really need to change how they treat their customers.

Unprofessional staff with bad attitude! Disorganized as well. I drove over half an hour for one of them to tell me download the amer app - which is not working anyways - simple request of checking my file - he basically dismissed me. Another officer I was literally speaking to him 2-3 times and he pretended I was not there (rude & disrespectful). Third officer, was willing to help but he helped with a bad and skeptical attitude! We are in 2023 learn, some basic customer service and respect the fact you are working in a government organization not a farm!
