nice but pool became crowed on a every hot day (not the hotels fault) the rocks around the pool are a tripping hazard and are very hard to walk on. A family member of mine slipped on the ledge of the pool and hurt themselves falling onto all the rocks other than that all good! Waffles and pancakes at breakfast with chocolate sauce was amazing!!!

While everything was going O.K., during check-out, I encountered an attitude I had never encountered before. Because of my job, I stay in hotels in many countries from Latin America to Asia. We also visit many countries with my family. However, I have never encountered such an attitude like this before. I paid the extras in the ordinary way at check-out. After I paid, the gentleman at the reception put the change money on the desk. Then something came to his mind and he took the money back from where he put it. It was actually my money. So he first gave the change and then took it back. Holding the money in his hand, he called the housekeeper and told me that there was a bottle of water missing. I told him that we did not drink water from the mini bar, this time he pressed me and said "there is no water, you drank it". I told him, "I wasn't lying, there was only three bottles of water in the mini-bar since we settled the room, and we didn't use it”. Yes exactly, we were arguing over a bottle of water. I said, "I can pay for the water, but we don't drink water ever”. He was still rudely telling me that four water bottles were placed in the minibar and one was missing. He deducted the money for the water from the money he had already confiscated and gave it back to me. I was in no mood to prolong the argument over a simple bottle of water water (it was an ordinary plastic bottle of water). But I said it again, “ok, I may have paid for it, but we definitely didn't consume it” (I'm sure of this because I had checked the minibar- there were three bottles of water in the fridge for the triple room). Yet he continued to say the same things very sharply, either not understanding me or not believing me. I don't think this employee did these things with malicious intent; I'm sure he was trying to protect the interests of the place he worked for.. The responsible party here is the Hotel. Must properly train staff on unprofessional behavior. As a result, I definitely do not recommend staying here.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and booked 2 rooms. First of all, I’d like to give a shout-out to Adora Art Hotel’s staffs. They are beautiful people with friendly and respectful attitude. They always welcomed you with a smile and greetings. It didn’t matter how your day went, but coming back to the hotel with a positive attitude like that just made your day better! Second, the check-in process was effortless. They had out info ready and just needed a signature. We came early than the check-in time so they told us they would call to let us know as soon as our rooms were ready, and they didn’t forget. Third, the staffs gave us recommendations about where to go to find good food and massage. Nothing is better than having a local guides you to the right place! Although the hotel have many pros, they have some cons. The towels are old and worn down. They probably need to replace the towels. Also, the wall is not sound proof. I could literally hear the conversation from the room next to us. And because of that, we didn’t sleep so well because someone in the next room dropped their stuffs in the middle of the night and it was loud. The hotel decorations are bit too much. I see New Year and Christmas decorations at where we had breakfast and thought it was funny as we’re in September here.

HI... My name is Kalai and we stayed from 31st 2023 till 5th Jan 2024. Upon chking in, we had to wait more than 30mins. There were no one else at that time. And we just sat there, waiting for our keys. After about 10mins more guests were arriving to check-in. EVERY SINGLE guest after us who sat together with us in the reception got welcome drinks but not us. We kept looking at the bellboy who was serving them but no , he totally ignored us. After about 15guests, I couldn't take it anymore and confronted the reception. The more senior staff (lady) who was there refused to talk to me, instead pushed a younger staff to talk, stating she doesn't speaking English. I find reception staffs are fake. Their smile is switch on switch off style. The restaurant staffs , Ms Gia Hao and 2 other lovely ladies, my housekeeper Luna were the only great staffs there. Apart from that,the hotel, location and rooms are great but too bad the reception staffs are not genuine, rude and unbothered. I will not return here. Once is more than enough Attached are the photos of the great gurls here. I missed out 1 more lady but I hope she gets my compliments too. Dr Kalaiselvi
