Lack of general maintenance of the room. Completely different from the photos. Daily cleaning non-existent. Non-existent customer service. Clearly managed to make money and have zero interest providing a good experience to their guests. Tourist trap.

Lovely apartments in a great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend upgrading to the sea view. Supermarkets nearby and only 10 minutes to the old town by bus.

This apartment block is phenomenal. The location is great (at the port and 2 minutes from the bus stop) and if you get a sea-view/port view apartment, you’ve hit the jackpot. It’s located in a shopping centre with a lovely coffee shop/ cafe. To the management team: hold on to Nikolina she is a fantastic front desk lady. A real gem and super helpful.

I have rented a room for three people without sea view. The room has insufficient space to accommodate three people. No space in the closet to partially accommodate your luggage and the presence of useless furniture makes it even more difficult to move around. The bathroom needs refurbishment, the soap dispenser doesn’t work, the plastic shower throws water everywhere and the sink doesn’t drain. There is bad smell coming from the piping. There is no “deluxe” in this room and my requests either to fix the issues or change room have been left unattended. This room needs a full refurbishment and has not been designed to accommodate three persons. Location is fine, there is the possibility to park your car … the a/c works …and that’s it.
