Stayed here on our last night in Costa Rica due to its close proximity to the Alamo rental car return in Belen. Location made it easy to return the car and get to the airport in the morning. Room 2 had a musty smell when we first entered - I think the windows at the back of the room open to the pool area, but room is spacious, decorated with murals, and the bed was comfortable. Had a small table in the room and the waiter brought the dinner we ordered to our door for us. Food was tasty and breakfast had both hot and cold options, along with coffee and juices. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely look at staying here again if we come back to Costa Rica.

Stayed here 4 years ago and loved it so was interested to see if anything had changed. Glad to report it still a great place to stay. Don’t expect fancy. It was quiet and relaxing. Nice small pool. The people at the front desk and restaurant/bar were very friendly and helpful. The food gets 5 stars in my book. Tasty and filling. Check it out.

We stayed here on our first flight into CR— we were met outside with a ride straight to the hotel. The staff are all super friendly. We were surprised to find that the food is actually really good. We stayed here again on the night before our flight out and again had a wonderful experience. We were actually bummed we’d miss out on the delicious breakfast but we left super early in the morning and got a to go breakfast. My only recommendations would be better pillows. Otherwise we loved staying at Adventure Inn and would absolutely stay again when needing a place close to the airport. Thank you!

We stayed a few nights in January before heading off to the Pacific coast. Eric was so helpful before we ever arrived. We got in late on a Wed night and they had a driver pick us up at the airport. Once arrived an checked in they had our Grilled Tropical chicken salads ready and we headed to our room. Those salads were really good. The rooms are nothing fancy, but very quaint and comfortable. Loved all the decor. The breakfast each morning was so good and so many great fruits and juices to try. We really enjoyed some relax time at the pool. The Nachos were so delish!! One of the days we did an all day tour to Arenal and La Fortuna and they picked up right at the door. Saturday when we headed to the Air bnb, Eric had set us up with one of his drivers to take us. Worked out great. We would definitely stay here again when flying into San Jose. The staff all so friendly and accommodating. We were able to walk to a market close by and they have some little ponds just up from the Inn with lots of cute little baby duckies and pink footed ducks that I have never seen. Love our stay at Adventure Inn.

We stayed here for our last night in Costa Rica before flying out this morning. I loved the fact that it was a smaller hotel (with only around 35 rooms) The front desk staff was super friendly, the room prices were very reasonable, they have a free shuttle to and from the airport, and also include a delicious made to order breakfast in the mornings. We’ve eaten at a few different restaurants in San Jose and I will say that the Moon Glow restaurant inside this hotel is some of the best food we’ve had in the city. The mahi mahi and surf and turf dinners we had last night were amazing. We will definitely be back!
