Functional and clean rooms right at the promenade. Can’t get a better location! The room was lacking a fridge, other than that it was well equipped with a kettle and complimentary drinking water, tea and instant coffee. Staff was so so. Some very friendly while other seemed unwilling to help. Issue: tiny ants in the bathroom. Low water pressure in the shower. Very thin windows and walls, you can hear every word the neighbors and people in the hallway say. Still, recommended to stay here

I lived here for 4d3n. To sum up, I can only give two stars overall. The room in this hotel is very dirty !! It seems that the floor has not been swept. My bed sheets are a little stained and there are some ants crawling around it. I can't sleep well at all and felt very uncomfortable. Besides, the toilet in the room is bad as well. As soon as I arrived at the room, I found that the lights in the toilet were dim and kept flashing. It can't be used well at all, and the toilet bowl has that yellow stain, which makes me feel disgusting !!!! :/ The only thing that can be praised is that the location of this hotel is very good. Because the opposite of the hotel is Pantai Chenang. it is very lively and there are many activities here at night, and I like the atmosphere here very much. Except for the location, there is nothing to praise at all. Please think wisely before you book for this hotel.

Overall 7/10. The staff were amazing, friendly and nice. The room is spacious but the toilet was not that clean. It needs scrubbing and some chemicals. The towel smelled too strong (the smell from the detergent I guess). Please do not put some much detergent. Hallways need to be mopped frequently. If the management of the hotel hire more staff for cleaning this hotel will be perfect. Please clean up the toilet (scrub) and mop the hallways.
