Old place, not so clean... the only good thing is close to main visitor's spots in Venice

Terrible stay, dirty and old house, after my complaints they moved us to another apartment (equally dirty) and the management wanted €40 after the first night they sent us back to the apartment booked which they said was clean and instead it was dirty, there is no There is no Wifi, there is no oven, it is an old and poorly maintained house, there are no spoons or glasses, the pans are all dirty, everything is unusable and I have not had any assistance from the management. Central area but I would never go back

They have kept my cancellation money. Still asking to rent the apartments again. Lack of communication, excessive collection intention, leading to the client's use. Impossible to trust this accommodation.
