Absolutely amazing service, really convenient for long layovers. We made ourselves cosy for the 20 hour layover. The hotel staff are super polite and our room was very clean. Thank you

Very nice and convenient hotel. It is passed the security checkpoint so once you checkout from hotel, you can go directly to your gates. Rooms are pretty big and clean. A basic buffet dinner/lunch is included with your stay

We booked 12 hours at this hotel because we had a long waiting before our next flight. We couldn't get into the hotel until 3 hours before the flight, the instructions were wrong, we were trying to communicate with them 8 hours before the arrival, and they didn't answer. The desk staff didn't show any interest in our situation when we arrived. Poor breakfast

AeroHotel Muscat is a feasible option for an overnight stay, but don't expect anything beyond the basics. The cost for a night's accommodation is relatively high, which might be attributed to its location. I would advise against opting for a separate breakfast here as the food quality is subpar. The rooms show signs of wear and, in my opinion, do not justify their price. It's a straightforward choice for basic accommodation needs, but it falls short in terms of value for money and dining experience.

I booked the hotel room for 6 hours as I have a layover of overnight. Unfortunately, the features in the room such as power plugs to charge the phone or connect anything are not supportive of different styles, also there is no adopter available. The USB port was also faulty. The staff of the hotel is so rude and have no idea how to deal the customers. Upon asking the receptionist regarding aforementioned issues, she was so uninterested and did not try to help. Seems like they don't know the hospitality management.
