We can not say enough about our experience at Aesthesis Villas. Specifically Villa Yard. Hillory met us at the villa to show us around and answer any questions and then we were left to explore on our own! The decor in the villa was nice- minimal but very adequate. The villa was clean, we had very comfortable beds, great bathrooms, it was nice and quiet when we wanted to sleep, we woke to a nice breakfast, we were close to anything we wanted/needed, and those views! The rooftop deck and views of the cladera are truly amazing. At the end of September the sun sets right in front of the hot tub- which is where we spent all 3 nights watching the beautiful show. Ok so the villa is amazing with the staff, view, comfortable living space, bathrooms and bedrooms but there are a few comments to leave as a warning. 1. Fira is not flat. There is down and there is up. The stairs getting you up and down are not flat- they are all bumpy and uneven. This is true getting to the villa and up to the main street in Fira. It's up and down! 2. The rooftop deck at the villa is very slippery when wet! Use extreme caution when getting out of the hot tub! 3. You are in good company on the rooftop. Lots of others around you up there enjoying their view as well. The stay at this villa was probably the highlight of our trip to Greece!

What a beautiful place. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The beds are comfortable. The showers are hot and the pool is heated. The breakfast was delicious and everyone on staff has been so nice. The sauna was a treat but be careful, the steam jet is right at the entrance and two of us got burned on the leg. Everything is slippery when wet and there is a step at the entry that is hard to see. It is a tripping hazard. The doorknob in the bathroom is nearly impossible to turn. I got stuck and had to have someone rescue me.

I recently stayed at Aesthesis Boutique Villa and it was an incredible experience. The villa are stunning, with breathtaking views of the caldera. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the location was perfect for exploring the island. I would highly recommend staying here if you're planning a trip to Santorini!

Let me just say that, our experience in Santorini was absolutely amazing pretty much because of this hotel and its management! This place is stunning with amazing views and It somehow looks even better in person. My family and I stayed in the 5 person spacious villa which was perfect in every way imaginable! The staff was so helpful, every question or concern of ours was taken care of immediately! The housekeeper Nana, who happened to be Georgian just like us was exceptional at her job! The breakfast she kept bringing us was delicious. Also, I can not forget to mention Chris, the manager, who literarily checked on us so often and made sure we had everything we needed. On the day we were leaving, he basically allowed us to check out at 7pm instead of 12pm for FREE! That is just impeccable customer service. What can I say, all around, the stay was amazing. We enjoyed our stay so much and recommend it absolutely everyone!
