Superb location, just outside the old town historical walls and five minutes walk to the centre. Delicious pizzeria Nika just around the corner (pizza Pisana has changed the way I've viewed pizza so far). Exceptional customer care. Detailed instructions of how to enter the facility (with pictures) and how to get there from the airport were texted to us prior to our coming (indeed it's same cost or even cheaper by taxi, abt 16 eur). Great thing is also ordering a taxi by sms/whatsapp, when you're there (see your city map in the room). Free bottle of wine and local crisps welcomes you every day in your room (!!!). No breakfast option, but with a large supermarket around and access to a fully equipped kitchen and (shared) fridge, you can make it even better. Minuses, hhm, ok - no elevator (if you come with heavy luggage) and you would most likely prefer to have more than just one chair in a 3-person room, especially when the space allows it. Yet, overall this is an absolute 5/5. This place rocks!

Great gestures of wine and unexpected corn flakes, etc just buy your own milk. got microwave fridge and freezer. Watch out for mosquitos. Staff and business owner met and really friendly. highly recommended stay. not to far to centre by foot or pisa tower

We got clear instructions, room was good & clean, location is close to the center yet far enough to avoid noise from outside. Host was kind. Perhaps we were unlucky, but there was loud noise going on inside the building at 4am. I'd suggest looking into better sound insulation if possible / have a chat with other people who live there or guests to avoid this in the future.

This is a very nice place to stay in Pisa. The room is spacious and clean with all the essential amenities. The washroom is well equipped with shower gel, shampoo and lotion. There are even goodies and water inside the room for customers. This place is definitely kid friendly and suitable for couples. It is very convenient as the location is close to a lot of tourist attractions. The staff is very friendly and being very patient introducing all the nearby attractions. This place worths a stay and the deal is great!
