Pros: - Shuttle service is perfect and on time, which is ideal with the location and lack of taxis on the island (especially Imerovigli). - Our particular room had a great view and wasn't a shared balcony (although, ours is the only one that isn't shared!). Some rooms didn't have that great of a view. - Room was clean - Room came with free Netflix Cons: - This hotel doesn't include breakfast, even though when we made our reservation, it said it was included. When we showed up, we were informed that they "no longer supply it" with no prior warning.. Then we were just told to "go to a bakery down the street." - Reception is almost never open, and often just leaves a note at the door.. Don't expect them to be around to help you sort through things, and book shuttles well in advance to make sure reception is around to organize it. Even during the limited hours, reception is open, the receptionist wasn't around, and we waited for over half an hour for her to return. - There's no luggage storage available, so if you need to leave your bags don't expect anyone to assist you with this, or to have any security watch them for you. - The Wi-Fi is the most unstable Wi-Fi I've ever experienced. Would cut in and out constantly, and every page struggled to load, which is very frustrating when trying to plan! - Bed is super firm - No accessible for anyone with mobility issues, every room requires you to walk up or down a set or two of stairs

Travelers BEWARE do not stay here. Service is none existent they are impossible to reach even during their limited 9 to 3 hours, the AC does not work even though it says they have it, and also my room door would not lock. It’s in a terrible part of Santorini yes you can see the ocean but you are behind retail shops and in a not so great area. When I told the host my issues they never responded and they would not refund me. I lost a 1000 dollars and hope to save everyone else the hardship.

Couple - Room number 7 Pros: - Receptionist is really friendly and helpful - Location is nice - Breakfast is cool and different - Shower is amazing - AC is strong - Close to the Bus station - Clean Cons: - You have like 3 minutes walk to reach the taxi with all the luggage - No view at all from our room - An old building in front of the hotel - Mattress is so stiff and not comfortable - Terrace is shared - Walls are thin and you could hear a lot of noises The professional images/website could give you a wrong impression of the place. It's not luxurious, it's basic.

We stayed for three nights at Agave in Imerovigli in mid-September 2020. We had a wonderful experience checking in and received a warm welcome from Sergio, who also gave us helpful information about places to visit and where to eat! The rooms are not far from the local bus stop and the location was convenient for going to Fira, even on foot! Walking not even 10m there was an amazing view of the sunset, the volcano and the caldera. Our room had partial sea view and a nice view of the volcano. Nights in Imerovigli were very quiet this year, so we had no issue with noise, as the room is right on a small road. The room was very clean and tidy, with many amenities like a Nespresso machine, kettle, very nice bathroom with high quality materials. The breakfast due to Covid was prepared and given in a takeaway bag, with mostly prepackaged offerings. Nevertheless it was very nice and fully satisfying. We had a wonderful time and would love to stay again!
