Michele made our stay in Matera so wonderful! He was so nice as to find us a parking spot and take us right from our car to the hotel, and he quickly reached out to return an item we accidentally left behind. The hotel is in a great location, minutes from the gorgeous hike to the caves (THAT VIEW!). We were close to everything. Michele turned the AC on for us when it was a little stuffy in the room. Huge shower with amazing pressure. Beautiful views. Not a single complaint. If I’m ever in Matera again, I’ll book here!

Our stay here was great. Communication with Michele made everything so easy . He told us where to park snd picked us up to take us into the old city and our accommodation. Our room was comfortable and had a beautiful view of the city and church from our bed. Walking and exploring was so easy from our location. A great find .

The room is spacious and clean. Location is great! It’s very close to sassy and one minute to bus station if you don’t feel like walking. The host is nice, he picked us up at the station. Thank you!

Cannot beat this location. We drove to Matera and parked at the Parcheggio Via Vena (10 euro per day in August 2023). Our host, Michele kindly picked us up from the parcheggio and drove us in to the old city area and pointed out some restaurant recommendations along the way. Matera was hot, the AC did it's best to keep the room cool, but the high ceilings made this a bit difficult. Overall, great place, would recommend to anyone to stay in during their stay in Matera.
