Perfect everything! For the price and the location this is the best deal ever. They have coffee and juice at the lobby. It’s super close to metro and with that you can pretty much assess all major attractions easily. Would recommend to anyone. Good food area the area

As usual for tokyo, rooms are tiny. All rooms do not have bathtub. The building looks old if we look at the room interior. Not very well maintained. But the front desk, exterior, dinning hall these entrance areas are neat and clean. Really liked the location. On the main road and very near to the metro station of one of the important line.

So me and my family stayed here in 2018 it was way better before they had free phones with wifi that worked all over Japan huge help now they are gone which is a bummer. We stayed here again in 2023 and it has gone downhill. So much mold in the bathroom toilet it was so gross... also the shower curtains were moldy its not like it's difficult to change shower curtains I work at a hotel and we change them after each guest, I told the front desk guy he didn't care at all.. also they messed up our reservation and we were supposed to get two beds on a non smoking floor, we got one bed on a smoking floor. Then the next day they were able to change our room and we had to pay an extra 550 dollars.. it was such a Hassel

Only 2-3 mins from Tawaramachi Station (1 station from Asakusa & 2 stations from Ueno). The hotel is on the main road. No stairs so it's easy if you bring your luggage. The room i got is a bit old and accidentaly was a smoking room. Hotel rent an air purifier for free, we just picked it from the lobby. Another thing rent-free is iron and it's mini iron table. So helpful! We can ask to clean up the room every day. There's also a laundry on the 3rd floor. We got new drinking water in bottles everyday(if we ask to clean up the room)—thank you for this! The room was not to spacy, we just can opened one luggage. Another good thing from my experince was the water heater worked very well and we can adjust it with the cold water. Happy! Thankyou Agora!
