We booked this place and where supposed to check in today, before check in we had lunch which was good, the hostess particularly was very nice. She owns a chihuahua and we where talking about it and truly a lovely lady. However unfortunately our stay was cut very short 😕 as we went round the place and the animals where kept in HORRIBLE conditions 😔😔😔😔 the poor animals dont even have a place where they can stay warm and dry... and the temperature is 0!!! It was really heart breaking and after much consideration we decided this place does not deserve our business. Unfortunately the place is also not so good looking and needs a lot of work, however the fact that the animals where kept like this we definitely didnt want to stay and i cancelled reservation there and then. Dont support this abuse. The owners should know better!!!!!

We stayed three nights. The room was nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. The walls are thin, so the voices of the neighbors could be heard well. The pool area is nice and clean. Breakfast is ok, except Saturday morning it was ridiculous. The staff is absent, not very friendly and doesn't speak English except a few words if have to. The restaurant was turned into an old greenhouse, which is a nice looking place. The opening hours of the restaurant are not stated anywhere, and we didn't get lunch because it was closed during the day. One night we managed to get dinner which was absolutely terrible. Access to food or even water is difficult, especially if you are traveling without a car like us. There are no restaurants or shops nearby, and public transport does not run very late. Once we were able to buy bottles of water from a restaurant, but the seals were broken at the top and we noticed that they themselves bottle it with tap water. Absolutely shocking!! There were parties in the restaurant on two nights, but we didn't know if they were public or private. Nobody simply says anything. Nice milieu, but all the outdoor spaces are a bit unfinished and messy. Bad staff and organization in the background spoils the place.

We had a great experience, the food, the staff were always nice and smiling, the atmosphere was magical and very surreal. But if youre depending on public transportation to get to the hote, you should consider renting a car as after 8:30 no buses go near it, and the shortest route will include a 20 minute walk, that’s the only complain but will surely depend on your schedule and that may not even be an issue for you.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I stayed at the hotel during October and it was, and probably forever will be, the worst experience of my life. Although the hotel itself - the rooms, the garden and the utilities is quite nice, being new and relatively modern, we did not feel safe at all staying there. For starters the front door of our room wouldn’t lock and at around 1 a.m, and after we had placed all of our suitcases up against the door to barricade ourselves inside, we heard the sound of the door almost opening, as someone tried to enter our room. Even after we shouted that we are in fact inside the room that person still tried to barge in. Fortunately they couldn’t and left. When we informed one of the stuff members about it, they told us we were lying and did nothing. All in all if you’re a fan of feeling like you’re about to get murdered I’d highly recommend this place.
