No good sleep - Management ignores contacts. One week stay - Saturday to Saturday After two nights of a compressor/motor noise/humming and going on and off every 10/20/30min and bangs when it stops and I could not sleep properly I reported it and they promised the machine would be turned off, the noise continued the third night and next day they changed me to another room with the same situation as the only option while refusing to change me to another area where there’s no noise simply because having my dog with me. Communication is very difficult as the receptionist doesn’t speak English and the other one that does hasn’t been here anymore. I have tried to reach the management “emergency phone” more than 3 times and there’s no feedback - total silence. The “emergency” phone number of the boss is not answered over night / nor replies on WhatsApp at any time of day or night. Being here and management ignoring my complaint for a basic need such as sleeping shows no interest on giving the guests a good night sleep. This is an abusive experience and I wish they would hear more the customer and go beyond to make a good stay. On the positive side, the rest of the personal has been kind and friendly. Food has been good for a half board stay with breakfast and dinner with no drinks included (desserts could improve). Overall would have been good to sleep well while on a holiday.

We were passing by Hotel Praha and we noticed the menu board: cesnakova. Great! We love that soup and we can drink a Czech wine in the restaurant. We came into hotel and asked lady in the reception, whether restaurant was open. We got the answer "yes". It was a supper time in hotel, but there were a lot of tables free. Waiter told us, that it's a time for hotel guests. So we left the place. 1. Why was menu board on the street? 2. Why two persons in service tells us completely different information. Shame! It has nothing to do with COVID. It is about informing the customers correctly. A few tips for the future. 1. Take the menu board from the street, when you are closed. 2. Put the note on the door about service hours for external customers. 3. Teach service staff how to inform customers politely.

Very cosy restaurant with welcoming and warm-hearted staff members. Service was quick and accurate. Food was delicious and the portions were, well, big, for normal pricing. Menu was wider than most of restaurants is this region. All together I would recommend this place very much. One of the better ones around here. Definitely give it a try.
