Room is spacious, clean, and staff are very accommodating. There are breakfasts provided with great amenities like sauna, gym, bar. Only issue is tv doesn't have Bluetooth or YouTube access. But very good place

Obscene pictures on the wall very inappropriate. Top floor swimming facilities are a joke. Not much window noise insulation makes for poor night sleep. Limited food choices for breakfast. Need I say more.

Rooms: Not very good as I found a cockroach in the room, but it was quite rare as I have came to this Hotel many times. Service: Great service! The room service were extremely good and things like that. Location: Near a Fair, a Megamart and more.

My family and I stayed here during our visit to Vietnam. The hotel had great rooms and a rooftop pool / lounge area. The staff were amazing, extremely helpful, and speak English better than most native English speakers. The manager, Foam(?), helped us track down a lost phone from a grab. She saved the day. The hotel is in a great location, a 5 min walk from megamart in case you forgot to pack something. There is a park next to the megamart where locals socialize, and you can watch Dragon Dancing late in the day when it's cooler out. It's a safe place to get away from the high tourist population to visit real Vietnamese culture.
