I give only 3 stars because for me, the hotel was not clear on the transport. Originally, I looked for a hotel with shuttle service from the airport because I travelled alone and arrived late at the airport. I sent them an email 2 weeks in advance to ask about the shuttle. They told me to contact one day before arrival to arrange the transport. But finally, when I contacted them back, they said "no shuttle service, pls book local taxi". Hence, at 11 PM at the airport, I struggled to find a taxi which did not charge me 3 times the right price. It would be better if they told me honestly since the beginning, so that I could book an airport transfer on my own! The room is good, large, clean. It has a small kitchen but without any utensil, in fact we can't cook anything with that kitchen except hot water.. The reception was helpful to order some food, as no restaurant in the hotel.

I have just spent 3 weeks at this hotel. Great experience from the start. Reception was very helpful. Room was so big it’s was like a 2 bedroom apartment. Lounge and a small kitchenette with fridge / freezer and gas hob. Cleaners were amazing very accommodating when I needed a little sleep in. They came back whilst I was out and room was always spotless. Very local to the airport and a taxi only cost me 100tl. Overall great place for stop over if travelling on to somewhere else or waiting for the next day flight. Great selection for breakfast the full Turkish breakfast as expected. Will be back. Thank you all

Bad experience. Not recommended. Crazy manager and staff. Not professional and not hospitable people. Do not book this hotel, really it will make your vacation stressful and you will feel bad luck on the first day. If there is zero star, that is my recommendation. REALLY NOT GOOD HOTEL.
