What can I say. The perfect stay! This large apartment was everything we were asking for: 2 large double rooms, 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the second floor ( yes, the flat is a split level apartment). The ground floor has a large kitchen & Dining area with the living room in a large open space, which goes directly on the private patio with sun loungers. Equipped of EVERYTHING, clean, quiet but still so central! The bus stop is just behind the corner. 2 bathrooms , so if you are a group of friends it’s the perfect solution. We loved Jaffa, and the neighbourhood and the flat is close to supermarkets and shops. I reached the flea market walking and it’s been the perfect morning! The staff was super helpful for the entire length of our stay.We will certainly come back!

Booked a two bedrooms for 2 nights Sep 22 as a part of a company trip. We paid USD 400 a night with cleaning fees etc It is in front of a narrow street and the area seemed run down… KITCHEN-The kitchen area overall was dirty and oily. Inside microwave is not cleaned or serviced as it should in a hospitality air BnB business… utensils are not probably stocked as you would minimally expect. This is my opinion that the utensils were “hang-me-down” as they were odds. A few areas could easily and simply made good like wall paint crack, cleaning and maintenance. BATHROOM - is very basic and “raw” but functional- don’t expect a vacation mode.. AC - AC seemed new but dirty like mud drips stained (?) on it.. See photo OUTDOOR BALCONY - Outdoor chairs are not usable for us. Some are broken some are not kept well…so the balcony is good for looking out from inside the house! SOFA - Sofa turned to a big sofa bed but it is not maintained where materials are fraying.. Positive point is there is an elevator going to 2nd floor and up if that is important factor for some guests. I think that today’s travelers are well discerned … we can see there is love and effort put into a business or not. ..

I was in the apartment with my family, the apartment was clean, beautiful and in a charming and authentic area of Tel Aviv. The hosts were amazing and thoughtful. thank you
