Good value and fell warm and welcome from all the lovely staff, the hotel near 7/11 near exchanges moneys, near terminal 21 also taxi run 24 hr infant of hotel , easy to access to the beach not far., definitely will go back to stay a gain.x💯⭐

Staff with Fake Smiles, but no Respect or Service I stayed in this hotel with my family for 4 nights this April (12-16April2023). The location is quite good, with shops and restaurants nearby. Terminal21 and Pattaya city Beach are walkable. I have travelled to more than 50 cities across the world and this particular hotel is the worst interms of staff and service. Let me begin with Checkin. Committed checkin is 2.00 PM. We reached the hotel at 1.45 PM and it took close to one hour to get the room. In this scorching summer, They did not even offer water. Finally, we got the room (Family room that we booked) and it looked spacious and we were quite happy. But, that did not last long. The electricity power tripped suddenly and it took half an hour to fix it, only to trip again after 10 mins. Another round of fixing (donno what they fixed) and it went down again. Now, the reception person informed me that it cant be fixed and i had to take 2 double rooms instead. She informed me that no other family rooms were available. With No other option, we took two double rooms, that were opposite to each other. Day2, the room locker did not open (yes, with the correct pin). The maint person had to come open it for us. Did not use locker after that. You can call the reception, housekeeping, bellboy, etc.. through intercom. They wont answer the call and you have to run to the front desk everytime. Only positive thing is that the Rooms were definitely spacious. Wifi is not very reliable. Breakfast was boring and always cold. There was lot of drama on the day of checkout. I had booked a taxi from bosspattaya taxi for transfer to bangkok. The taxi never came and they did not answer the calls and messages. The hotel bellboy offered to get his friends' taxi for 2000 THB(actual rate is 1600 THBfor Innova). We said, will look for taxis on the road for 10mins and then book through him, if we don't get one. I got a taxi guy who agreed to take us to bangkok for 1800 THB. When we were about to load the luggages to the taxi, the bellboy ran to him, spoke to him in local thai language and threatened him to go away. Taxi guy said sorry and left. I complained about this to the front desk - who could only nod head. It took another 45 mins for me to get another taxi. The staff look nice and always smiling. But, poor service and lack of respect to customers are their traits. Best to avoid - more so if you are traveling with Family.
