For 3 nights £32 was absolutely super ok. Tram just in front of the hostel door. MiniMarquet as well. I was on n 13 , bed 5. (Female dormitory) WiFi signal could be better. Will suggest individual bed curtains. But super ok considering price.

I felt at home, the place was spectacular with good customer service... I really enjoyed my stay. There was no inconvenience, everything for me was perfect… I do recommend it to everyone.

I arrived at 3 a.m. According to the mail of the managers, my key supposed to be in the key box with code near the entrance. But it was empty! I tried to reach someone from the staff through the whatsup, but nobody answered me. It is very strange, because if you do "self check-in", so do it well! When I realized, that nobody answers, I tried to knock the door of my neighbors. I didn't want to disturb them, but I had no choice. They didn't hear me. So, I have to knock during 3 hours. I entered to my room just at 6 a.m. I told the receptionist about this awful episode. He said that somebody from my room picked up my key. It's incredibly, bu they have the same code for all key boxes!!! When I asked the receptionist about the discount for this night (despite I could ask about full refund), he told that it's dormitories, where it's not accepted. Shame on you!

The only good think I could think of was the self check in and some clean sheets. Apart from that : 1. There were only one spoon and a tea spoon( there were some few forks and knives) 2. There was a smell of dust like an old house of which it looked like the place wasn’t cleaned properly (the curtains were full of dust) 3. An old water heater that made terrible noises, we were afraid to use it so we all couldn’t take a bath 4. The cooker was not in the state for us to use, it was like 50 years old and wasn’t even plugged 5. The beds were uncomfortable to sleep in and all of us were having body aches The cost of spending a night here doesn’t merit the price they offer comparing to places we have been to. This place really needs a renovation !!!!!!!
