Good service. Good food. Good people. Decor and furnishings require urgent updating. Internal stairwells are a disgrace, dirty, poorly maintained, we often saw rubbish and food scraps dumped on the staircase. Would visit again, but not first choice.

Here with tour. Rooms dated but functional. Buffet breakfast and dinner just OK. I'm updating post: there is a small market store for water and snacks about one block--make left when exiting lobby. Also on same side and one block past market is Qasr Amra Bakery for cookies, sweets, bread and oven fired pizza! Open 24 hours. Excellent employees highly rated. The staff here has been very helpful.

Very very bad hotel. I travel with group, and we all dissapointed with the service of the hotel. Few toilet in the rooms was broken, when we ask the staff to fix it they are doing nothing, so we ask to move to the another room and after they change it 3 times because it still broken here and there, indeed the give me another upgrading room but with sarcasm staff said : ARE YOU HAPPY?? The service in the restaurant so bad, we didint get any water either in the rooms.. We ask for morning call & porter to bring down the luggage since the day before we check out but no one show up. So definitely i DONT Recommend this hotel at all and i also will inform all my travel agents colleage & partner not to stay in here unless all travel agencies want to get a complain from the group. So BIG NO.

I recommend the hotel for engagement parties or Henna parties but I wouldn’t have a wedding party there because it’s kinda far especially if there’s so much traffic- like in my case, it took me 45 minutes to reach😳😳😳 the ballrooms are on the second floor and they’re really nice and spacious. They’re also separate from the hotel as in the whole floor is just for the halls which’s good cause it’s less noisy, crowded and also more private. The hotel gives me 90s vibes

I recently had the opportunity to be with a friend who stayed at a budget hotel that had a lot of character. Although the furniture was a bit dated, the hotel had a spacious lobby that was always buzzing with activity. The hotel seemed to be popular among travelers from all over the world, which gave it a unique and vibrant atmosphere. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's restaurant. The menu offered a variety of delicious dishes, including some local specialties such as hummus, foul, mujadrah, and mansaf. The salads were also fresh and tasty, and I particularly enjoyed the occasional fish dishes that were served. Overall, the food was well-prepared and satisfying. The breakfast was also impressive, with a wide selection of different dishes to choose from. Whether you preferred something sweet or savory, there was something for everyone. I appreciated the variety and the effort put into providing a diverse and satisfying breakfast experience. While the hotel's furnishings may not have been the most modern, the friendly and accommodating staff more than made up for it. They were always available to answer any questions and were quick to help with any issues that arose during my stay. In summary, if you're looking for a budget-friendly hotel with plenty of character and a diverse clientele, this hotel could be an excellent choice. With delicious food, a welcoming atmosphere, and a convenient location, I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
