Reception employees especially. Abdullah and Saleh were very friendly and helpful. Balconies and the view were satisfactory. Location was very nice but noisy because of the farmer's machines all the day. No breakfast services. Small single elevator for 7 floors. Cleaning services were average.

Beautiful spacious apartments with multiple large balcony’s and stunning views. The room was clean and had a lot of amenities, equipped with a fully functional kitchen including a dishwasher and washing machine. The location is great, especially if you enjoy walking. A very authentic experience of Turkey outside of heavily touristic areas. The staff are very helpful and kind, the worker Abdullah makes you feel very welcome, responds quickly and gives great advice about the area. I loved staying here and will definitely be returning next time we go to Trabzon. I would recommend visiting -Uzungöl,ayder yaylasi,karaca magarasi,boztepe,sumela manastari. Also make sure to try some çig Kofte in the town! Thank you to the apartment for the great service. :)

I very highly recommend this place. The rooms are very clean and spacious, the staff is very kind and speak multiple languages, the price is very competitive, the location is very easy to get to, and the view is absolutely stunning from every room. Don’t hesitate to book an apartment at Al Jannah Residence! A+++++
