Not a good experience. Bad structure, no amenities and a Ok staff. The only part positive was that the b&b is very well located. Otherwise, do not worth the reservation.

Great location and fantastic staff. The B+B was clean and smelled very nice. The bed was comfortable. The restaurant (La Finestra) owned by the B+B is wonderful. The staff of the B+B went above and beyond more than once to accommodate our wishes and help us get around Siena. We will gladly stay here again in the future.

Air conditioner did not work, event tho they advertised having ac. Whole house very warm. Took them 24 hours to get someone to come look at the air conditioner. Then they partially fixed it but it made a very loud noise when the fan turned on. Breakfast was mostly prepackaged pastries. Location was nice and central but above restaurants so loud banging and crowd noises till midnight. Place was clean, staff nice but not much English.
