I will start off by saying the Egyptian man working at the front desk was a kind man. However, things went poorly after checking into my room. There was a cockroach problem. I took the photos as well. I was not even in the room for thirty minutes, I did not even use the room. I was so disgusted that when I tried to get a refund I was told that it’s not possible, and that the “system” does not allow it. The kind Egyptian man tried to tell me to go to another room on a floor that wasn’t on the ground, but my experience was ruined and I decided to go elsewhere. It’s sad that the hotel refused to give me a refund even though I did not use the room at all and left a few minutes after checking in. That’s a loss of about 1,200 Saudi riyals for me. I am working with my bank now to work on a resolution since I was not treated fairly. Riyadh is a beautiful city and this hotel does represent the true beauty of Riyadh in my opinion.

The bedrooms are new and good. However, washrooms are in need to be re-elevated to ensure th shower water are drained correctly

I spent two nights in this amazing hotel, the staff was very helpful and friendly. They offer a laundry service which really helps and also wake up calls.
