Most of all, the staff is kind and helpful. And the room is better than the photos in agoda. I recommend this hotel to anyone who sick of small and same style of hotel. I am satisfied with all of it.

Rude staff, they never clean the room, cheap and bad bedroom you never can sleep on it! In the end, they play with us to get more money and make drama, super rude personal, they never know how to talk normally with costumers!!! Never choose this hotel even for free...

I was extremely disappointed with the service I received at your hotel.we came from alain and book online we came around 10:30 pm (17 oct) we encounter a very bad experience to the receptionist he was rude The staff was not helpful we have Guest he keep on telling it that guest is allowed only at 11 pm which ridiculous but the time we arrive is 10:30 pm they don’t allowed and they want use to book for other room for the guest . Plus your policy of asking for the deposit to your guest is very wrong ? The why he talk make us just leave the hotel with out even checking in? I will not stay in this kind of hotel who treat people like this ?? I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I fell like it better to go out from this hotel and find other place to stay , yes we find other place which very accommodating and help up what we need Mr. Ghassan NEHMÉ Your staff name Hesam need a proper training to handle customer or else you lose all your customer
