Rooms aren’t clean and doors are damaged, had to change the room they first gave us because so dirty and the door is open. I was locked in the bathroom for an hour in the 2nd room because I can’t open the door. I was stuck inside, the knob is broken. I said to the helper to tell it but no one came to fix it. Reception staff especially the saudi aren’t polite or helpful. You get what you pay here

You pay is what you get. The hotel is so practical in many ways like the price is economically that everyone can afford. I can consider also the rooms are better than expensive but they same categories in this hotel. One of the best features of hotel is having a designated parking space for guest.

If you have any problem in the room the Arabic person will not listen to you and they don't care about customer problem. Bangladesh person was very helpful for me his name is Ilyas.

Very poor wifi network (useless), unqualified kitchen staff, less options on Menu. No standard, bad interiors. Very old building and old bathrooms, not very clean. Smoking rooms are not separated every rooms are allowed to smoke, when some one does the AC will share the smoke around the other rooms. Breakfast/ Lunch buffet are very tiny and not a real standard buffet. Above all are acceptable if this is none stars hotel!!! But this is 2* 😕 But i would like to say the service staff are friendly and kind. They need training and proper timing mostly room service person you would see taking breakfast / lunch / Dinner if any other order he is the person deliver. they must work more than 16hrs per day! Which is bad.
