Despite our reservation, they sold our room when we arrived, and we were left on the street after driving approximately 800 km... To make matters worse, I could only reach the authorities the next day. They stated that there was confusion and that they were very sorry, and then said that they wanted to host us free of charge whenever we wanted. I wanted to believe that there could be confusion and that they were sincere. Gift of jewelry I stated that I could be a guest at their hotel upon their promise at a later date. They stated that the hotel was not available and was full. However, when and after they said it was full, they continued to sell rooms on sites such as etstur and odamax. (All I mentioned is with written evidence) This is what I don't understand After all, you promised me a 3-day stay (even though I didn't request it), what was the need to lie so much... Truly the worst quality people and business I have ever come across... It should definitely be avoided... Kind regards Serhat YAYLAK

I definitely do not recommend this Hotel! The rooms are disgustingly dirty and not cleaned well, they are very narrow, and you cannot find anyone at the reception, they just write a piece of paper to reach you, which is a big problem for those making reservations from abroad because there is no Turkish line. In addition, the place they agreed for breakfast, called Kuytu, is a very disrespectful woman who prepares breakfast for you, does not even look at your face and prepares it very disrespectfully. Negative in every way.

Its location provides great ease of transportation with its proximity to Alaçatı. That's why it will definitely be the first hotel that comes to my mind to stay in Alaçatı centre. In addition to the location, the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms are also very good.
