They gave our booked room to another customer. They took us to another room even though we specifically requested a room with a balcony. In the room given, many things are broken, the towels smell of fabric softener but have rust stains on them. The window handle is broken and if you want to close it, you cannot. The bread for breakfast was stale, the boiled eggs were burnt and had a strange color beyond being bruised. Since the breakfast area was small and sunny, they brought the breakfast to the room, so you can't even drink a second glass of tea.

We stayed in the garden room for 3 nights. A cute boutique hotel. The decorations are nice and the atmosphere is warm. When we needed something, they took care of it immediately. The staff was very friendly and caring, the hotel was clean and quiet in general. The only criticism I can make is that we asked for room cleaning, but the missing items such as towels and slippers were not completed. I think towels should be changed every day. In general, we were satisfied, thank you for everything, Lulja family..

Otel genel olarak temiz bir otel. Fakat puanımın düşük olmasının sebebi otel personeli veya temizliği değil. En büyük problem kahvaltı. Görsellerinde bulunan kahvaltı ile uzaktan yakından alakası olmayan bir kahvaltı veriyorlar ne yazık ki, otel personeli ile bu konuyu paylaştığımızda bir şey yapamayacaklarını belirttiler. Karşı yolda bulunan dönercide verillen kahvaltıda kepekli ekmek dahi bulunmaması ve bunu istediğimizde herhangi bir yardımda bulunulmaması sonucu kendimiz çıkıp fırına gidip ekmeğimizi almak zorunda kaldık. Zaten kaldığımız sürenin sadece yarısında burada kahvaltı tercih ettik o da zorunluluktan ve açıkçası ücretini ödediğimizden dolayıydı. Ne yazık ki verdiğimiz geri bildirimler ile ne bir iade, ne de bir yardım teklif edildi bize. Bu nedenle eğer sizde kahvaltıyı önemsiyorsanız burayı tercih ederken 2 kere düşünmenizi tavsiye ediyorum.
