Was a good comfortable stay. A little basic. WiFi was a slow 10Mbps and seemed to drop from time to time. Otherwise very friendly staff. Access to Ave Paulista and a range of restaurants was perfect. Photo is from my 5th floor apartment.

We stayed 9 days. Overall the place is a dump with dysfunctional internet. I intended to work remotely but the internet was unable to carry a conference call. Ended up having to work from Starbucks for the week. Apartment furniture is broken, couch is nasty, and the whole apartment is in deep need of renovation. When you ask for help, staff argues with you why you don't need it. 2 stars because the location is great. Go a couple blocks down to La Residence. Spend less and get a whole lot more.

For the price and location you are paying it's a good deal. Full 1 bedroom apartment. Stayed again in this hotel a few years later, they now have new renovated rooms, cost a little extra but totally worth it! Apartment is so clean and well organized with new appliances
