Unfortunately, it was just a mediocre experience in comparison with our other stays in Vietnam. Check-in requests a 2 million Dong cash deposit, which we didn't pay at any other stay. Was paid back at check-out with no problem, but still strange. We booked a room with a balcony, but only received a small one where you could stand, but not sit. Cleanliness in our room was ok, although they forgot burned cigarettes on the balcony. The breakfast had a good selection and the buffet did not run out of any food, although some dishes were quite cold. We did not communicate much with the staff, but they seemed just the right amount of helpful and friendly. The hotel seems to focus mainly on South Korean guests, at least at our stay the were the largest group. Pool is just above the entrance. Not too large, but clean and warm enough. A big disappointment for us was the area: Not at the beach, not in the city, but isolated in the middle of both close to the port. Although the looks from our room were nice, there is nothing in a walking distance: For food (outside the hotel), groceries and bars you have to get a ride to one of the two sides.

A totally unexpected pleasant experience staying here. It's a bit out of the way for the 'western' tourist but the staff more than make up for the distance from the CBD. They are warm, friendly and extremely helpful and accommodating. The breakfast is fantastic with plenty of options bed comfortable and rooms are clean and reasonably spacious. Yes we'd stay here again. 2 completely different restaurants in vicinity which are totally authentic and a short walk from the hotel.

Lovely comfortable and quiet room, located just outside the city (100,000d) for a taxi to the dragon bridge :) Very close to monkey mountain which is worth a visit. Room was perfect, breakfast was amazing-such a huge spread of food. Staff were fantastic. 10/10 will stay again!

The good: room looks nice with a nice view. Generally clean except for the windows.. Breakfast is good (the coffee is horrible though :)) The bad: neighbouring rooms are connected with locked doors. These are not isolated at all which means you can hear every whisper the neighbor says. Ours unfortunately stayed up until 1 a.m. and woke up at 6:15 a.m. which means we slept and woke up at the same time. We called the reception for the noise but nothing happened. We complained but nothing happened. Pretty bad experience. The following day was pretty much lost since we needed to catch up on sleep in another hotel

We stayed here for 7 days and the hotel facilities and staff are amazing. It is still affordable due to its location in a new to be developed area of Danang. But everything is easy to reach within 5-10 minutes with a grab taxi. Also the breakfast was amazing and a mix between Vietnamese and Korean, as there are many Koreans in Danang. It was a great holiday and we can recommend Alan Sea hotel as a base for anyone that wish to discover Danang.
