10 “Great experience!” I’m extremely happy and satisfied with Euro Hotel, especially the customer service from the reception. He handles all queries well, good to all guests and even helped me with phone charger cable when mine doesn’t work. Customer service is one thing I emphasis the most, I will definitely come back again. Thank you!

The room is a bit small and personally I prefer a door in the shower to prevent other places from being wet aka the toilet/bidet. That said the location was great! You’re at Little India, it has many food options, Chinese temple, laundromat that’s just 120m away! Wi-Fi was fast and the front desk staff was super friendly and helpful!

Sheets were covered in pee stains. Front desk workers condescending and argumentative. They pretend to care but it's fake and disingenuous. They push you to pay cash rather than online, and because of that I wouldn't be surprised if they're trying to skim some of the money off the top and steal from management/owners. They said if I pay online, even if it's cheaper, there's still a bunch of fees and taxes I have to pay on top of it. But when I booked a different hotel down the street, online, I didn't pay any extra fees. Euro Life Hotel staff lied.
