I really enjoyed my stay here. It is on a very picturesque street right by the tram, with plenty of cafes and restaurants near by. The room was very comfortable, spacious, and charming, with a modern shower (a nice shower is very important to me when I travel). The breakfast has a nice selection of fruit and pastries, and delightful fresh orange juice. I have seen a lot of people mention that the housekeeper doesn’t speak English and that this detracted from their experience. I am learning French and did my best to communicate, and it was certainly difficult, but that’s one of the privileges of foreign travel! If you are uncomfortable with the language barrier and prefer a more classic hotel experience, perhaps try elsewhere. But for me, this place was perfect. Lovely, simple, and I could come and go as I pleased. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Brussels. Oh, and they are very accommodating. They allowed me to leave my luggage behind for a few hours after check out when I went on to explore the city. Thank you for a lovely stay!

This B&B was perfect for our stay in Brussels. The location is right across from a tram, but there is plenty to walk to within 20 minutes as well. The room we were in (Summer) was large and bright and spacious. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The added bonus is the perfect breakfast to get your day started. The owner, Paul, is very responsive and very helpful. I highly recommend this place!

Very cozy and well designed rooms. We preferred 17 Monsoon. I loved the bathroom. The price is very reasonable considering the neighborhood which is really calm compared to the center. You can take the tram which is 100 m away from the hotel to go to center. They serve breakfast with fresh orange juice. And Paul, who contacted us, was really friendly, helpful and he was putting all his efforts to make the guests comfortable. Nonetheless, I have two complaints: the first one is that the room was a little damp. I don’t know if this is because the building was old. The second one is that the lady working there was trying to talk with us in French and she was getting angry when we replied back in English since we can’t talk in French.

The real challenge for your relationship. Pros: - Pretty great location and connection in terms of public transport. - Antic and authentic building Cons: - Pretty rude housekeeping worker who does not try to be welcoming or speak English to you - No privacy in terms of the bathroom, very thin sliding doors which don't even close properly and one of then (in our case) was almost falling off. - In the room we were staying, windows, facing the street were closed and there was no possibility to open them, thus it was a bit uncomfortable with all the artificial lights and no sun light.

The host was extremely thoughtful and very helpful. Made us feels like we are at home. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We were asked at what time we want to have breakfast and at the exact time the breakfast room was opened for us. They have variety of nut milks, freshly baked croissants, pan de chocolaté, th coffee was on point as well. Strongly recommend! Keep up the good work 😊
